CampusLedger helps organizations account for every financial decision.
CampusLedger is a financial governance and recordkeeping platform developed under NOVAHEX. It helps organizations organize income, contributions, expenses, approvals and financial reporting while keeping their own money under their own control.
Why CampusLedger exists
In a student group or organization, members need understandable records of who contributed, what was spent, which requests were approved and how balances were calculated. CampusLedger provides shared financial workflows and an audit trail to make those questions easier to answer.
Built for accountability, not custody
CampusLedger does not operate as a bank or stored-value wallet. Contributions and other payments belong in the organization's external M-Pesa or bank accounts. The platform supports financial recordkeeping, verification, review and reconciliation, not possession of users' money.
Security and access
Organization roles, server-side authorization, secure authentication and financial approval records help teams separate responsibilities. Access to sensitive organization information is controlled by the applicable user role.
Who can use it?
The platform is intended for student organizations, associations, committees and other groups that need a transparent and structured way to manage their financial records.
